Processing Time
- We strive to ship all orders the same day they are placed.
- In some cases, processing may take up to 2 business days.
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM Central Time will be processed the next business day.

- Standard shipping times are typically 2–5 business days within the continental U.S.
- Expedited options may be available at checkout.
International Shipping
- We ship worldwide.
- International delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 7–21 business days.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the sale of your item.
Delays
- While we do everything possible to ensure fast delivery, we are not responsible for carrier delays, weather issues or customs processing times.
- If a package has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow up to 14 days past the estimated delivery date for domestic orders and up to 30 days for international orders before contacting us. In some cases, these timeframes may be extended if tracking updates or carrier information indicate the package is still in transit and expected to arrive.
