How do I make a warranty claim?

If the problem is due to a defect or error on our part, we’ll cover the return shipping.
What is your return policy?

What do I need to know before returning?
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition
- All original packaging, parts, and accessories should be included
- If the item was shipped sealed, it needs to be returned sealed
Will I get all my money back?
- You’ll receive a refund for the product itself once it’s returned and inspected
- Original shipping costs aren’t refundable
- If the return isn’t due to our error, the buyer is responsible for return shipping
